69th Board Meeting was held today at TEVTA Secretariat attended by Honorable Board Members & TEVTA’s Management. Key Following Decisions were made:
1. The discrimination in Special Compensation Allowance has been removed. Now, degree holders of both, Social Sciences n Management Sciences will draw the same amount as of Natural Sciences.
2. Integrated allowance has been approved on double the rate @ Rs.900/- (per month) for menial Staff.
3. Hill Area Allowance is approved for Fort Minro, Kohe Suleiman n Kallar Syedan.
4. Utility Allowance has been revised for grade 01 to 16. (100 percent)
5. Communication Allowance @ Rs.2,500/- (per month) has been approved for all the placement officers of field n HO.
6. 100 litres fuel ceiling (per month) has been approved for DPOs n POs and 75 litres (per month) have been approved for all IPOs, ZPOs n ILOs.
7. An understanding with Finance Dept. on the upgradation of Accounts Officers / Computer Operators / Store Keepers has been obtained..They will be upgraded, soon.
8. 25% per Special Allowance has been approved for TEVTA Employees of field formation (Grade 01 to 19) subject to the concurrence of Finance Dept., GoP.
9. Mandatory pre-promotion training has been prescribed for Management n Teaching Staff as under:
BS-18 to 19 : 06 Weeks
BS-19 n Above : 08 Weeks
Resulting, promotion process to a higher pace in coming days.
بورڈ کا 69 واں اجلاس آج TEVTA سیکرٹریٹ میں منعقد ہوا جس میں بورڈ کے معزز ممبران اور TEVTA کی انتظامیہ نے شرکت کی۔ کلیدی درج ذیل فیصلے کیے گئے:
1. سپیشل کمپنسیشن الاؤنس میں امتیازی سلوک ختم کر دیا گیا ہے۔ اب، سوشل سائنسز اور مینجمنٹ سائنسز دونوں کے ڈگری ہولڈرز نیچرل سائنسز کے برابر رقم نکالیں گے۔
2. معمولی عملے کے لیے 900/- روپے (فی مہینہ) پر دوگنا ریٹ پر مربوط الاؤنس کی منظوری دی گئی ہے۔
3. فورٹ منرو، کوہ سلیمان کلر سیداں کے لیے ہل ایریا الاؤنس منظور ہے۔
4. گریڈ 01 سے 16 کے لیے یوٹیلیٹی الاؤنس پر نظر ثانی کی گئی ہے۔ (100 فیصد)
5. کمیونیکیشن الاؤنس @ 2,500/- روپے (فی مہینہ) فیلڈ این ایچ او کے تمام پلیسمنٹ افسران کے لیے منظور کیا گیا ہے۔
6. DPOs n POs کے لیے 100 لیٹر فیول سیلنگ (فی ماہ) اور تمام IPOs، ZPOs اور ILOs کے لیے 75 لیٹر (فی ماہ) کی منظوری دی گئی ہے۔
7. اکاؤنٹس آفیسرز/کمپیوٹر آپریٹرز/اسٹور کیپرز کی اپ گریڈیشن کے بارے میں محکمہ خزانہ کے ساتھ مفاہمت حاصل کر لی گئی ہے..ان کو جلد ہی اپ گریڈ کر دیا جائے گا۔
8. فیلڈ فارمیشن (گریڈ 01 سے 19) کے ٹیوٹا ملازمین کے لیے 25% فی خصوصی الاؤنس منظور کیا گیا ہے جو محکمہ خزانہ، GoP کی منظوری سے مشروط ہے۔
9. مینیجمنٹ اور ٹیچنگ سٹاف کے لیے پروموشن سے پہلے کی لازمی تربیت کو ذیل میں تجویز کیا گیا ہے:
BS-18 سے 19: 06 ہفتے
BS-19 n اوپر: 08 ہفتے
نتیجتاً، آنے والے دنوں میں پروموشن کا عمل تیز تر ہو جائے گا۔
