Supervisor Operations is responsible to ensure safe and efficient operation of Crude, Isomerization units, Platformer, Hydro treater, Utilities and Off-sites. The incumbent will be responsible for checking and monitoring the operation of all plant equipment, machinery & instruments and ensuring timely logging of operating data in log sheets. The incumbent should be able to analyze variances in data and report them to the Shift Engineer / Manager.
This position will be expected to participate in test runs with the Technical Department; assist Shift Engineer / Manager in Turnaround activities including catalyst regeneration, plant shutdown and start-up activities. This role will be responsible for optimized usage of various chemicals and ensuring satisfactory inventory level of various chemicals and monitor consumption of own fuel and adopt energy conservation practices for optimized usage of own use fuel. Supervisor Operations will also be responsible for coordinating with the maintenance department for job execution and implementation of PTW system for safe maintenance work at plant.
