گورنمنٹ ٹیکنیکل اینڈ ووکیشنل ٹریننگ سینٹر چترال کے محترم پرنسپل جناب رحمت کریم صاحب اپنی سوشل ورک ٹیم کے ہمراہ کالج کی تزئین وآرائش کے سلسلے میں بذاتِ خود کودال بیلچہ لیکر دسمبر کی شدید سردی میں بھی کام کاج میں مصروف ہے اور یہی لوگ ہیں جو پر امید رہتے ہیں اور اپنی ذمہ داریوں کو احسن طریقے سے نبھاتے ہیں۔۔۔۔ اور انشاءاللہ یہ خزاں زدہ چمن، چند ماہ بعد پھر سے شاد و آباد اور ہرا بھرا ہو جائے گا اور ایسے دلکش و دلنشین ماحول یہاں پر آنے والے طلبہ کے لیے باعث مسرت بن جائے گا۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ پرنسپل صاحب کی ٹیم کی کارکردگی قابل تحسین ہے۔۔۔۔
A meeting with the college staff was held today, December 24, under the chairmanship of Mr. Rehmat Karim, Honorable Principal, Government Technical and Vocational Center, Bilch Chitral.
In which the principal said regarding the promotion and development of the institution that we need to increase the number of students along with the renovation of our college and in this regard the teachers and other staff of the college. Cooperation is needed and the number of students in various trades of our institution is slightly better this year as compared to last year and we should try to increase this number further.
In the last ten years, this global epidemic has affected every aspect of life, especially the education sector.Now we must try to fix it again.
The principal said that Chitral is now administratively divided into two districts but unfortunately so far there is only one institution of technical education here and it is the most important need of the hour now that we have this institution for the young generation of Chitral. Should be upgraded to GPI so that our young generation can be equipped with modern technical education as per the requirements of modern times.All the faculty and other staff members of the institute praised the principal for his wise and constructive thinking and said that now we need to talk to our provincial leadership in this regard and resolve this important issue so that Chitral Young people do not have to go to remote areas to get vocational education.

آج مورخہ 24 دسمبر کو گورنمنٹ ٹیکنیکل اینڈ ووکیشنل سنٹر بلچ چترال کے محترم پرنسپل جناب رحمت کریم صاحب صدارت میں کالج اسٹاف کے ساتھ ایک میٹنگ کا انعقاد کیا گیا.جس میں پرنسپل صاحب نے ادارے کی ترویج و اشاعت اور ترقی کے حوالے سے بتایا کہ ہمیں اپنے کالج کی تزئین و آرائش کے ساتھ ساتھ طلباء کی تعداد میں اضافہ کرنے کی اشد ضرورت ہے اور اس سلسلے میں کالج ہذا کے اساتذہ کرام اور دیگر اسٹاف کے تعاون کی ضرورت ہے اور گزشتہ سال کے مقابلے میں اس سال ہمارے ادارے کے مختلف ٹریڈز میں طلبہ کی تعداد قدرے بہتر ہے اور ہمیں یہ تعداد مزید بڑھانے کی کوشش کرنی چاہیے.گزشتہ کرونا زدہ سال اس عالمی وبا نے زندگی کے ہر شعبے کو متاثر کیا اور خصوصاً تعلیم کے شعبے کو بے حد متاثر کیا. اب ہمیں دوبارہ اس کے ازالے کی کوشش کرنی چاہیے.
پرنسپل صاحب نے کہا کہ چترال اب انتظامی طور پر دو اضلاع میں تقسیم ہو چکا ہے لیکن بدقسمتی سے اب تک یہاں ٹیکنیکل ایجوکیشن کا صرف ایک ہی ادارہ ہے اور یہ وقت کی اہم ترین ضرورت ہے کہ اب چترال کے نوجوان نسل کے لئے ہمیں اس ادارے کو upgrade کر کے GPI بنانا چاہیے تاکہ ہماری نوجوان نسل دور جدید کے تقاضوں کے مطابق جدید فنی تعلیم سے آراستہ ہو سکے.
ادارہ ہذا کے تمام اساتذہ کرام اور دیگر اسٹاف ممبرز نے پرنسپل صاحب کی اس دانشمندانہ اور تعمیری سوچ کی تعریف کی اور کہا کہ اب ہمیں اس سلسلے میں اپنے صوبائی قیادت سے بات چیت کر کے اس اہم مسئلے کو حل کرنے کی ضرورت ہے تاکہ چترال کے نوجوانوں کو فنی تعلیم کے حصول کے لئے دور دراز علاقوں میں جانا نہ پڑے.
حیرت ہے کہ تعلیم و ترقی میں ہے پیچھےجس قوم کا آغاز ہی اقرا سے ہوا۔ تھا
